I have been practicing yoga for many years and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga as a yoga teacher.
I offer one to one sessions of Yoga, Relaxation, Restorative yoga and SourcePoint Therapy® in my practice in Lichfield..

Occasional workshops are also hosted during the year at other venues.
With my work as a Certified Rolfer™ and Rolf movement practitioner™, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer students wishing to progress with their yoga practice including exploration of movement.

Yoga – Private Tuition 

I am offering private tuition which gives an opportunity to work on a one to one basis to explore your yoga practice on a personal level. These sessions also give you the benefit of my expertise as a Certified Rolfer™ and Rolf Movement™ Practitioner. This will give you the opportunity to explore aspects of movement within your yoga practice which will enhance the way in which you approach and practice yoga.

Sessions are 75 to 90mins. 

Yoga – Two to One Tuition  

I also offer tuition on a two to one basis if you would prefer to share the yoga session time with a friend or colleague.

Relaxation Therapy Sessions – on a one to one basis

Relaxation is the perfect solution to reduce stress levels, enhance concentration, keep the immune system in good working order and rejuvenate the mind and body.

Relaxation is a process that comes from inside, which allows tension to flow out, allowing you to connect to your parasympathetic nervous system and the relaxation response to engage. By being in a safe environment having the support of the earth and trust in gravity, will allow you to let go into a state of just being. With the conscious rest you gain from a relaxation practice, there is a restorative quality, which no amount of sleep will give you.

Sessions are 60 mins.


Restorative Yoga Sessions – on a one to one basis

Restorative yoga poses are soothing as they are deeply supported with props. They offer us the opportunity to surrender into a state of deep relaxation, a place of being rather than doing and as we let go, we are able to rest into stillness. This allows us to become well rested, nourished and rejuvenated.
By simply being, we are able to use this therapeutic style of yoga to
calm our nervous system, relieve the symptoms of stress, enhance our
respiration and promote healing and wellness.

Sessions are 75 to 90 mins.
