Autumn is when the farmers harvest the fruits of
the land and prepare them for storage and use over the winter months. Humans
should consider the same regime with the life force that is known as Qi. The
morning will comprise simple moving exercises to build qi whilst the afternoon
will be more sedate but will work on conserving our qi to protect us against
illness in winter.
