“Building the Qi for Winter”

As winter approaches we need to strengthen our inner reserves, our qi, to defend against the external
influences of the weather and illnesses and be mentally prepared for the season ahead.

The morning will consist of easy movement and breathing techniques designed to cleanse and fortify the qi.
